Analysis and leadership are critical to successful return on investment and are often most effectively performed by objective third party entities outside the organization. The GGI approach structures communication, governance, performance standards, objectives alignment, integration across the value chain, financial assessment, resource planning, stakeholder accountability, timelines, monitoring, and testing. Analysis focuses on understanding the needs of the business as a whole, its strategic direction, and identifying initiatives that will allow a business to meet those strategic goals.

GGI provides a full-service approach to your recruiting needs. Our suite of services includes: Professional Services - Identifying full-time employees to meet the employer's immediate and long-term needs. Contract Placement - Identifying hourly consultants to meet the employer's immediate needs. Temp-to-Perm Placement - Identifying hourly consultants with the opportunity to evaluate these professionals prior to extending an offer of full-time employment. Workforce Extension: We will work either on- or off-site to supplement current recruiting staff. This can be arranged on a retained, contingency or hourly basis for a predetermined or open-ended period of time. Recruitment Training: We will train current recruiting staff on best practices as related to identifying and qualifying candidates, negotiating with candidates and closing candidates. |
